Plans were great! Just have the doors to build, install and stain! Other than adjusting the middle shelf height, everything else built exactly to plan.

I made two vanities with these plans; 24” and 35”. The plans were easy to adjust to fit our needs. In both I adjusted the height of the bottom shelf so I could vacuum underneath, adjusted the cabinet size to accommodate our low plumbing, and added an extra shelf with a cut out to accommodate plumbing. For the small vanity I made a wooden countertop and used a vessel sink to allow for more storage underneath.

This is my first furniture piece and the instructions were very easy to follow. I adjusted the measurements to fit my sink (18x24), and it fit nicely for my small 1/2 bath. It’s not perfect, but pretty good for a first piece! Thanks AMM!

Great instructions that are easy to understand. It came out great with only one concern. We had issues with the ply wood. Where in places the top Layer began to separate. I think it would’ve been better to use solid wood. A bit more expensive, but I believe the out come would be nicer. On my vanity I had to redo the doors. I used solid pine. I’m other areas of the plywood that was separating, I did my best to glue it down.

We completed the vanity. The instructions are easy to follow. The only thing I would do different is to NOT use ply wood. Use solid wood instead. Almost immediately the ply wood started to separate in some areas. I had to redo the doors.
